    Custom orders are made to your provided measurements. It is your responsibility to ensure these are accurate. We cannot accept returns or refunds for sizing issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied.

  • Returns & Refunds
    Due to the nature of our products (intimate apparel, custom sizing, and handmade craftsmanship), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If this occurs, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photographs.

  • Shipping
    We ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and postal services.

  • Payments
    All payments must be made in full at the time of order. We do not currently offer installment plans.
