Returns, Shipping, Order Changes and Cancellations
Shipping Charges:
All orders are shipped best way ground unless you ask for a faster delivery.  You can expect to receive in stock items with in 15 days of order placement.
Returns
Your satisfaction is my goal. You may return any purchase within 5 days of its delivery to you. You will receive store credit or complete exchange.  You must notify me via phone or Email and get an RMA (returned merchandise advice). Returns without an RMA will be refused.
In order to get store credit the item must be in brand new condition with original packaging and tags. 
OOPS! You made a mistake and must cancel or change your order:
If it has not shipped and is a stock order we will do everything we can to help with changes. If it has shipped, we will exchange stock items as long as you pay the shipping. 
Custom Orders

Because of the high cost of importing these beauties I order only every 2 weeks. This allows me to pass these great savings on to you. You may get lucky and catch me before the order has been placed with the manufacturer. We will cancel the order and charge a 20% handling fee.  We will do all we can to accommodate you however if the order has been made and shipped we will have to stick to it. All orders are paid in advance.  Be very careful when ordering. You can expect delivery in 2 to 4 weeks.  It depends on where your order fell in the import order cycle.  We will let you know for sure at order time.
