
Returns, Shipping, Order Changes and Cancellations
Shipping Charges:
All orders are shipped best way ground unless you ask for a faster delivery. You can expect to receive in stock items with in 15 days of order placement.
Returns
Your satisfaction is my goal. You may return any purchase within 5 days of its delivery to you. You will receive store credit or complete exchange. You must notify me via phone or Email and get an RMA (returned merchandise advice). Returns without an RMA will be refused.
In order to get store credit the item must be in brand new condition with original packaging and tags.
OOPS! You made a mistake and must cancel or change your order:
If it has not shipped and is a stock order we will do everything we can to help with changes. If it has shipped, we will exchange stock items as long as you pay the shipping.
